Naomi Leight Give'on
A diplomat and government relations expert and resident of Silver Lake for almost a decade, Naomi was transformed by motherhood. She left her professional career after the birth of her son and struggled to balance her personal aspirations with parenthood.
After some rest and reflection, she realized helping parents stay professionally fulfilled while being engaged parents is her passion and founded Wiggle & Work. With the COVID-19 shutdowns, her brick and mortar coworking with child care space is temporarily closed, but she is still working hard to help parents with young children with the launch of PodSkool.
Naomi holds an M.A. from the USC Annenberg School for Communication & Journalism and a B.A. from the American University in Washington, DC. During the pandemic, you can find her at home with her two children, 4-year old Oden and 2-year old Selah, her spouse and their family’s two rambunctious boxer dogs.
Amir is a professional geek, founder and CTO of Wiggle & Work. A Ph.D trained mechanical and aerospace engineer, he uses his expertise in systems optimization into consulting for tech start-ups both in Los Angeles and in Israel. Pressed for time with multiple obligations, parenthood seemed to require more work to make things happen than it should. So Amir decided that technology integrations should make his ability to participate in his children’s life easier and he hopes it will for other parents too.
With the COVID-19 shutdowns, Amir has continued to develop tech to help Wiggle & Work families engage in work and play, while working on the tech components of launching PodSkool.
Amir holds a Ph.D in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and B.S. in Electrical Engineering, both from Princeton University, NJ and during the pandemic he can be found at home on his computer and walking around Silver Lake with his family.
