How It Works
Becoming a PodSkool Teacher is simple as 1•2•3!
Enter your name and email address above, then fill out the application form to get your application rolling.
We’ll review your application and schedule a virtual interview within a few business days.
You’ll get to chat with our founders and Director of Education to answer all your questions and make sure PodSkool is a great fit for you.
Get Matched & Trained
You’ll get matched with pods in your area, and get to know them before agreeing that it’s a match. We’ll even take into account your COVID safety preferences.
Once you’re set, we’ll train you on our play-based STEAM curriculum and supply you with all of the materials you need for a safe and fun learn & play experience.
You’ll receive your first month’s learning box for your pod, with everything you need to succeed.
Our management app will keep you and your pod(s) on the same page, and our insurance will have you covered in the event of any accidents.
We’ll take care of all the details, so you can focus on what you do best—enriching young lives.
We love our teaching professionals and are committed to paying fair salaries that reflect their training and experience.
Choose the Pods and times that work for you. As a PodSkool teacher, you can agree to as many or as few pods as your schedule allows.
Eligible employees (working over 20 hours a week) will receive health insurance and additional employee benefits.
